Ho fatto per molti anni il consigliere e l'assessore comunale. Ho assistito a litigi politici, denunce, ricorsi di tutti i tipi, ma non mi è mai capitato di asssistere ad un'interpretazione della legge come quella fornita dal sindaco della Lega Montagnoli: i sei consiglieri hanno fatto ricorso al Tar, dunque sono in lite col Comune, dunque il Consiglio Comunale può dichiararli decaduti, anche se non hanno alcun interesse diretto relativamente the subject matter of the appeal.
